These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Global Career Institute (“GCI”) website and related online services.
By accessing the GCI website, submitting an inquiry or application, or using GCI’s online services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Website Purpose
The GCI website provides information about GCI’s educational programs, admissions process, enrollment requirements, tuition, training opportunities, student services, and related resources.
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may change.
Official enrollment agreements, student agreements, program documents, and written GCI communications control when they differ from general website information.
2. GCI’s Hybrid Training Model
GCI provides career-focused education through a hybrid training model.
All academic coursework is completed online. Students complete required hands-on training onsite at the GCI training center according to the requirements and schedule of their program.
Certain programs may include additional clinical, externship, preceptorship, or other experiential requirements. When applicable, those activities may take place at an approved external site and are subject to the requirements of the applicable program and site.
The availability, timing, and location of any external clinical or experiential opportunity are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the student’s enrollment or program documents.
3. Admissions
Submitting an inquiry, application, or application fee does not guarantee admission.
GCI may review applications and determine whether an applicant meets applicable admissions requirements.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Application Fee
GCI currently requires a $25 non-refundable application fee for admissions review.
Payment of the application fee does not guarantee:
- Admission
- Enrollment
- A class seat
- Program completion
- Certification
- Licensure
- Examination eligibility
- Examination passage
- Employment
- Job placement
- Salary
- Career advancement
The application fee is governed by GCI’s separate Application Fee Policy.
5. Program Information
GCI makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate program information.
However, program:
- Start dates
- Schedules
- Tuition
- Fees
- Instructors
- Curriculum
- Online coursework
- Hands-on training schedules
- Program availability
- Admissions requirements
may change.
GCI may modify, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue a program when permitted by applicable law and institutional requirements.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
GCI provides career-focused education and training.
Completion of a GCI program does not guarantee employment, job placement, salary, promotion, licensure, certification, examination passage, or career advancement.
Employment decisions are made by employers and may depend on qualifications, background checks, certification, licensing, experience, market conditions, and employer-specific requirements.
7. Certification and Licensure
Some GCI programs may prepare students for third-party certification examinations or professional credentials.
GCI does not control third-party certification organizations, examination providers, licensing authorities, clinical sites, or employer requirements.
Students are responsible for confirming current eligibility requirements before enrolling and before pursuing certification, licensing, or employment.
8. Background Checks and Other Eligibility Requirements
Certain programs, clinical experiences, externships, certification examinations, or employers may require background checks or other eligibility documentation.
Admission to GCI does not guarantee eligibility for every clinical site, certification examination, licensing pathway, or employment opportunity.
9. Student Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Misuse GCI systems
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website or platform security
- Upload malicious software
- Impersonate another person
- Harass or threaten GCI personnel
- Use GCI systems for unlawful purposes
- Copy or distribute protected content without authorization
10. Intellectual Property
GCI’s website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, branding, layouts, program descriptions, and design elements, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
GCI may provide links to third-party websites, including payment providers, certification organizations, government agencies, employers, clinical partners, and other resources.
GCI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, or practices.
12. Website Availability
GCI does not guarantee uninterrupted website access.
The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting issues, security measures, internet outages, or circumstances outside GCI’s reasonable control.
13. Disclaimer

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee of admission, certification, licensure, employment, income, or a particular career outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCI will not be responsible for damages arising from use of the website, inability to access the website, reliance on general website information, third-party services, technical interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond GCI’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
