Admissions Policy

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

Global Career Institute uses a structured admissions process to help prospective students understand the steps required before enrollment.

1. Admissions Process

To apply for a GCI program, applicants must:

1. Submit the online application.

2. Pay the required $25 non-refundable application fee.

3. Complete admissions review.

4. Receive approval from GCI admissions.

5. Receive tuition payment instructions and enrollment next steps.

2. Application Review

GCI reviews applications to determine whether the applicant may move forward in the admissions process. Review may include program interest, contact information, readiness, eligibility, class availability, and other admissions-related factors.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Accurate Information Required

Applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information. GCI may deny or delay an application if information is incomplete, inaccurate, false, misleading, or unverifiable.

4. Admissions Approval

Admissions approval means the applicant may proceed to the next enrollment step. Approval does not guarantee a seat unless all required enrollment and payment steps are completed.

5. Program Capacity

Program availability, class capacity, schedules, and start dates may vary. GCI may close, delay, reschedule, or adjust a program or cohort based on enrollment, staffing, facility availability, regulatory requirements, or operational needs.

6. Tuition Payment Instructions

Approved applicants will receive tuition payment instructions after admissions review. Students should not assume enrollment is complete until GCI confirms that required payment and enrollment steps have been completed.

7. Age And Readiness

GCI programs are intended for adult learners. Applicants may be required to meet age, documentation, readiness, attendance, conduct, or program-specific expectations.

8. Right To Deny Admission

GCI reserves the right to deny admission when an applicant does not meet program requirements, fails to complete required steps, submits inaccurate information, behaves inappropriately toward staff, or when enrollment would not be appropriate based on school policy or program capacity.
