Global Career Institute requires a $25 non-refundable application fee for applicants seeking admissions review.

1. Purpose Of The Application Fee

The application fee helps support application processing, admissions review, administrative review, communication, and applicant record setup.

2. Non-Refundable Fee

The $25 application fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by GCI.

3. Fee Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Payment of the application fee does not guarantee:

• Acceptance
• Enrollment
• Class seat reservation
• Program completion
• Certification
• Licensure
• Exam eligibility
• Exam passage
• Employment
• Job placement
• Wage level
• Career advancement

4. Separate From Tuition

The application fee is separate from tuition and other program costs unless GCI states otherwise in writing.

5. Incorrect Or Duplicate Payments

If an applicant believes a duplicate or incorrect application fee payment was made, the applicant should contact GCI as soon as possible. GCI will review the matter and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.

6. Application Denial Or Withdrawal

If an applicant is denied admission, fails to complete the process, changes their mind, or does not enroll, the application fee remains non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing by GCI.
