Nursing Assistant Program
Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing basic care to patients in a wide range of health care settings. From checking vital signs to offering emotional support – the duties of a nursing assistants typically include all aspects of patient care. Instruction includes topics related to the nurse assistant’s scope of practice, basic patient care needs, infection control, basic medical terminology, nutrition, comfort, safety measures, first aid, CPR, vital signs, basic anatomy/physiology, record keeping, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and employability skills.
We have designed our nursing assistant program, training programs, to provide training and education in the fundamentals of patient care and basic nursing skills to meet current and future health needs. We have several available course lengths which range from 2 weeks, 6 weeks or weekend options. Training covers all aspects of basic patient care.
Learning Outcomes
Students who complete this training program should be able to:
- Evaluate vital signs, activities of daily living (ADLs), and review of systems to report nursing team on patient care.

Patient Care Technician Program
Patient care technicians are responsible for providing basic care to patients in a wide range of health care settings. From checking vital signs to offering emotional support – the duties of a patient care technician typically include all aspects of patient care. Instruction includes topics related to the Patient Care Tech (PCT) scope of practice, basic patient care needs, infection control, basic medical terminology, nutrition, comfort, safety measures, first aid, CPR, vital signs, basic anatomy/physiology, record keeping, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and employability skills.
We have designed our patient care technician program, training programs, to provide training and education in the fundamentals of patient care and basic nursing skills to meet current and future health needs. It is a 3-month program, training programs, covering all aspects of basic patient care. With this course, you can add additional certifications in EKG and Phlebotomy. Medical Assistant Program
Our medical assistant training programs are designed for students to be allied healthcare workers able to function in various healthcare settings such as physicians’ offices, clinics, and group practices. Students learn to perform routine tasks and procedures such as administering injections, measuring vital signs, recording data in medical record keeping systems, preparing, and handling medical instruments and supplies, and collecting and preparing specimens of body fluids and tissues for laboratory testing. With this course you can add a certification in phlebotomy.
It is a 6-12 month program that offers comprehensive, student-centered training to prepare students for entry-level employment in multiple healthcare sectors and scenarios. This training program allows you to obtain knowledge and skills that serve as the foundation to build a successful career in healthcare.

Medical Coding and Billing Program
Our Medical billing and coding program offers comprehensive and efficient training for processing patient data, including medical records and related insurance. It will teach you the complete process of coding a patient’s diagnosis and then requesting payment from the patient’s insurance company. The course covers: CPT (Introduction, Guidelines, Evaluation and Management), specialty fields (such as surgery, radiology, and laboratory), the ICD-10 for both diagnosis and procedure coding, ICD-9 (Introduction and Guidelines) and basic claims processes for insurance reimbursements. This billing and coding program delivers the skills students need to solve insurance billing and coding problems
It is a 4-6 months program that helps students gain the skills required to solve insurance, billing, and coding problems in the healthcare industry.

Phlebotomy Technicians are responsible for gathering and testing patient samples during the diagnostic process to support doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. The program will teach students the concepts of Introduction to Phlebotomy & Infection Control, Legal Issues in Healthcare, Introduction to Human Anatomy & Physiology, Phlebotomy Equipment & Supplies, Phlebotomy Procedures, and Phlebotomy Fundamental Essentials
We offer a comprehensive and short program of 4 weeks to provide an opportunity to practice phlebotomy in a learning environment. This program is designed for leaner’s who want to advance their career or interested in starting a career in the medical field to become a phlebotomy technician.
